Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit the sport of gymnastics. She was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was required to take six years away from performing when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Her return came in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and returned with a 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull-downs. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual exercise. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
